Customers can cancel their orders within 5 min from the time of order placed and for preorder customer can cancel the order 2 hours from the selected delivery timing slot.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must notify by calling on 9472838317 or emailing the customer service department on infochickenwala@gmail.com. The customer must provide their order number and a reason for the cancellation
If the cancellation request is made within the specified window, the company will issue a full refund to the customer's original payment method. If the request is made outside of the cancellation window, the company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of an amount ₹30
The refund for the items will be done within 7 working days.
